Beşiktaş holds two different rhythms: the student and shopkeeper pace along the shore, and the office hours of the Levent-Zincirlikuyu line. Both end up in the same place; the neck and shoulders.

How the ritual is built
The programme opens with heat. Fifteen minutes on the hammam stone lowers muscle tone, because deep work on a cold muscle both hurts and achieves little. The scrub section follows and prepares the surface of the skin, which noticeably changes how the oil is absorbed.
The sauna or the steam room is a matter of preference: dry heat opens the airways, steam is gentler for guests with sinus sensitivity. The massage is the longest part, and the session closes with ten minutes of rest, herbal tea and water.
Who comes and when
Guests from the Barbaros Boulevard and Akaretler side mostly choose the hours after 18:00. Those coming from the shore, Ortaköy, Kuruçeşme, Bebek, tend to book weekend afternoons and ask for the long ritual.
Younger guests from the university area book shorter, back-and-neck focused sessions with a clearly stated price. All three groups want to know when the session ends, so we give the finishing time with the booking.
Hammam, sauna and steam room
The hammam is humid and warm and provides the softening the scrub needs. The sauna is dry and hotter; it reduces the feeling of heaviness through sweating, but the time is kept short for guests with low blood pressure. The steam room is the gentlest option.

How long does the ritual take? Hammam, scrub, heat room and massage together take 90-120 minutes.
Can we come as a couple? Yes; a room with two tables is reserved and the sections run at the same time.
